Kefilo is building a structured, high-protein, goal-based food ecosystem focused on weight loss, muscle gain, diabetic-friendly and condition-based nutrition. We are developing meal solutions, in-house innovative products, and scalable offline kiosks — with strong positioning around functional Indian food.
We are looking for a seasoned
Food & Beverage Branding Advisor to help us craft a powerful, differentiated brand in the health-food space.
Role Overview
This is a strategic, equity-only advisory role for someone who understands food branding deeply — from positioning and storytelling to packaging psychology and category dominance.
You will help shape Kefilo into a recognizable, scalable wellness food brand.
Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Brand Positioning & Identity
- Define brand voice, tone, visual identity, and market positioning
- Create clear differentiation in the crowded healthy food segment
2️⃣ Category & Product Branding
- Structure sub-brands (high-protein, diabetic-friendly, muscle gain, etc.)
- Guide naming, packaging concepts, and communication strategy
3️⃣ Consumer Perception & Trust Building
- Build credibility frameworks (scientific positioning, goal-based messaging)
- Help design branding that appeals to gyms, corporates, and urban consumers
4️⃣ Investor-Ready Brand Narrative
- Shape brand storytelling for pitch decks and investor outreach
- Create long-term brand scalability roadmap
Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years in F&B branding / FMCG / health food branding
- Experience building or scaling food brands
- Strong understanding of Indian consumer psychology
- Experience with D2C or offline retail/kiosk models preferred
- Strategic thinker with hands-on brand-building experience
