Role Description

Sodexo is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Steward to join our team in India. This on-site role involves ensuring smooth and efficient operations in food and beverage services. Responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization in service areas, supporting the delivery of high-quality customer experiences, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. The steward will collaborate with team members and participate in training exercises to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive dining experience.
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations, including food preparation, presentation, and serving.
• Ability to support Training initiatives to ensure that best practices and service standards are upheld by team members.
• Experience in Food Service procedures, with a focus on maintaining cleanliness, safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required.
