Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Food & Beverage Service Executive at our Bengaluru location. In this role, the executive will manage daily operations, oversee customer service, maintain high-quality dining standards, and supervise service staff. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with the kitchen and management teams to optimize service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to foster positive guest interactions and relationships
- Proficient in Customer Service and Communication for ensuring excellent guest experiences
- Experience in Team Management and organization of staff
- Effective Organization Skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
