Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Food & Beverage Service Executive. Responsibilities include providing top-notch customer service to ensure a delightful dining experience, managing day-to-day restaurant operations, and supporting team coordination and training. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, addressing customer feedback, and contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of service.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Customer Service abilities to create a welcoming environment for guests
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Team Management and Organization skills to oversee staff operations and ensure efficiency
- Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene and food safety standards
- Passion for the food and beverage industry, with a focus on delivering quality service
- Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Education in hospitality management or related fields is an advantage
