Role Description
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee operations and deliver outstanding dining experiences at our Kakori location. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing restaurant services, supervising staff, ensuring quality standards, and innovating menus based on guest preferences. The Food & Beverage Manager will also collaborate with other departments to meet sales targets and maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and motivate diverse teams
- Experience in food and beverage operations, including menu planning and quality control
- Knowledge of hospitality trends, customer service excellence, and guest relations
- Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
