Role Description
Your stage is the dining floor. Your mission is to ensure the guest journey is seamless from the first hello to the final farewell:
- The Welcome: Act as the face of our hospitality, greeting guests with genuine warmth and setting the stage for their dining experience from the moment they walk through the door.
- The Service: Orchestrate the dining flow with precision—taking orders accurately and anticipating guest needs.
- The Connection: Navigate feedback and special requests with empathy and professional tact. The Ambience: Ensure the dining floor remains pristine, maintaining our high standards of table presentation and hygiene.
- The Synergy: Act as the vital link between the guest and the kitchen, ensuring order accuracy without ever leaving the floor.
