Job Title: Food & Beverage Controller
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Controller to oversee and optimize F&B costs, inventory, purchasing controls, and profitability while maintaining quality and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily F&B costs, analyze cost variances, prepare COGS reports, and conduct menu costing.
- Manage inventory systems, stock counts, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor purchasing and receiving processes, including quantity and quality verification of goods received.
- Work closely with chefs on menu engineering, recipe costing, portion control, and menu profitability.
- Monitor food wastage and identify opportunities for loss prevention and cost optimization.
- Prepare regular cost and inventory reports and ensure proper documentation and audit compliance.
- Monitor food cost and inventory levels to ensure accurate stock management.
- Ensure quality and consistency of goods received and adherence to operational standards.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in F&B Controlling.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and POS systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills within hospitality/F&B operations.
