Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Controller located in South Delhi. The role involves managing and monitoring food and beverage costs, collaborating with the culinary team for menu costing, and ensuring that all financial processes adhere to established guidelines and budgets. Responsibilities include conducting regular cost analyses, preparing financial reports, maintaining inventory records, and liaising with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality. Qualifications
- Proven experience in Cost Control and Menu Costing to optimize operational efficiency and manage budgets effectively.
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, assessing trends, and making informed financial recommendations.
- Hands-on experience in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to prepare accurate financial reports and handle budgeting processes.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting and reporting software systems.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related fields are preferred.
