Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for the position of Food & Beverage Associate. Responsibilities include providing excellent food and beverage service, assisting guests with menu selections, ensuring the timely delivery of orders, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. The role also involves collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure effective service and creating excellent customer experiences through professional interactions and attentiveness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Basic Culinary Skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry is advantageous
- Flexible to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
