Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food & Beverage Associate located in Alibag for one of our prestigious client . The primary responsibilities include assisting with food and beverage services, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience. The role requires active interaction with guests while adhering to food safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- 4+ Years exp in Food & Beverage
- Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Basic to advanced Culinary Skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
- Educational background in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous
- Location - Alibag
