Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Food & Beverage Associate at KURJA Jawai. The role is based in India, with flexibility for some remote work. The associate will oversee daily food and beverage services, ensuring excellent customer service, assisting guests with their dining experiences, and maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation. Coordination with the culinary team and adherence to health and safety protocols will also form key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Service, Food & Beverage preparation, and understanding of culinary practices
- Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and meet their needs effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Capacity to work in a hybrid setup with flexibility for on-site and remote tasks
- Prior experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred but not mandatory
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
