- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, and banquet spaces to ensure high quality and efficiency.
- Customer Service: Resolve guest complaints promptly, monitor dining rooms for service quality, and maintain high customer satisfaction goals.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, coach, and schedule team members, including monitoring grooming and performance.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Conduct regular food and beverage inventory, manage inventory levels, reduce waste, and monitor costs to meet budget targets.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including fire and life safety procedures.
- Menu & Promotion Support: Collaborate with chefs on menu planning and assist with local F&B marketing programs.
