There is a particular kind of hotelier the industry quietly produces over years. One who has stood at the front desk at midnight and handled it with grace. One who has trained a new team member and felt something that a five-star review never quite matched.

We are looking for someone who has given their best years to the hotel floor and is now ready to give their next years to the people walking onto it for the very first time. You will teach. You will mentor. You will hold a classroom to the same standard you once held a department. And the graduates you shape will carry your influence into some of the finest properties in the world.
What you will teach
Front Office Operations. Housekeeping. Food and Beverage Service, including presentation, service standards, and guest experience delivery.
What you bring
A full three-year Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management. Meaningful, hands-on industry experience across one or more of these departments. The patience to teach something ten times and still make it feel important. The instinct to see where a student is headed before they see it themselves.
Where you will work
Bangalore. Goa. Mysore. Hyderabad. Jaipur.
