Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor, based in Udaipur. The role involves overseeing food and beverage operations, maintaining service standards, training and leading staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position requires close coordination with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery while fostering a positive dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead teams effectively
- Strong knowledge of Food Service operations and adherence to Service Standards
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a commitment to delivering guest satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for team coordination and guest interactions
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is preferred
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, high-paced environment with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Services, or related fields is an advantage
