Role Description
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full-time on-site role based in Alibag, responsible for overseeing daily operations within the food and beverage department. Key tasks include ensuring adherence to high service standards, supervising staff, managing food service activities, and maintaining exceptional customer service. The role requires collaboration with team members to provide a seamless dining experience while upholding organizational and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and staff training
- Understanding of Service Standards and proven experience in operational excellence
- Proficiency in Food Service operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to promote guest satisfaction
- Effective Communication skills to liaise with team members and interact with guests
- Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment in Alibag
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is an advantage
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field is preferred
