Role Description The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Ranthambore Aangan in Sawai Madhopur. The role involves overseeing daily food and beverage operations, including supervising service staff, coordinating meal service, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met. The supervisor monitors food service quality, manages table settings, and supports the team in delivering courteous and efficient customer service throughout the day. Responsibilities also include handling guest queries and feedback, assisting with menu presentation, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and working closely with the kitchen and management to support smooth, guest-focused operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team coordination and shift management.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of service standards and quality control in food and beverage operations.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in food service, including table service and order handling.
- Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills to manage guest interactions and resolve issues professionally.
- Candidates should possess clear and confident communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in hotels, resorts, or boutique stays will be an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, maintain high hygiene standards, and collaborate in a small, close-knit team environment.
