Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Radisson Hotel Group in Ahmedabad. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring compliance with established service standards. Responsibilities include supervising team members, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and addressing guest inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves monitoring inventory, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring effective communication within the department.
Qualifications
- Hotel Management Degree / Diplomw
- Demonstrated Supervisory Skills and experience in leading and managing teams effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Service Standards and Food Service techniques to optimize guest satisfaction.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for effectively attending to guest needs and collaborating with team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment, including flexibility to meet demands of a dynamic hospitality setting.
- Prior experience within the hotel or food and beverage industry is highly advantageous.
