Role Description
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will manage and oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring service excellence and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining service standards, coordinating with the kitchen team, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirupati at our esteemed Marasa Sarovar Premiere location.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead, mentor, and manage team members effectively
- Knowledge of Service Standards and expertise in managing and maintaining food and beverage service quality
- Experience in Food Service and a thorough understanding of food and beverage operations
- Exceptional Customer Service with a focus on ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any concerns promptly
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and staff
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and flexibility in managing operational needs
- Prior experience in a supervisory capacity in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is preferred
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage
