Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Food and Beverage Supervisor role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The individual will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high service standards and smooth coordination among staff. Responsibilities include training and supervising team members, managing customer interactions, maintaining food service quality, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will also contribute to enhancing customer experiences and resolving service-related issues.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and staff training
• Understanding and implementation of Service Standards and Food Service best practices
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build positive guest relationships
• Ability to manage time effectively and solve operational challenges under pressure
• Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service environments
• Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
