Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Food and Beverage Supervisor located in South Mumbai. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and managing food service staff, maintaining service standards, ensuring quality food service, and providing excellent customer service. The supervisor will also be responsible for communicating effectively with staff and resolving any issues that may arise on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and experience managing a food service team
- Thorough understanding of Service Standards in the hospitality industry
- Expertise in Food Service and experience with different cuisines and menu planning
- Customer Service Skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Effective Communication Skills to communicate efficiently with staff and management
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Leadership Skills to lead, guide and motivate the team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
