Job Title: F&B Order Taker (Fine Dining)
Location: Malcha Marg, Block C, Diplomatic Enclave, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi – 110021
Shift: Break Shift
About the Role:
We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused F&B Order Taker to join our fine dining team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hospitality standards, and the ability to deliver a refined guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selection
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and punch them into the POS system
- Ensure clear communication of guest preferences to the kitchen and service team
- Provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and specials
- Maintain high standards of service etiquette as per fine dining protocols
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the order-taking station
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fine dining or premium restaurant
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Presentable personality with positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service and POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates from fine dining or luxury hospitality background will be preferred
Salary: As per industry standards
