Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Steward at Breakin' Brew. The Food and Beverage Steward will be responsible for ensuring optimal dining experiences for all customers. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of restaurant areas, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, managing inventory, preparing dining spaces, and assisting with food and beverage service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication Skills: Ability to provide friendly and professional service to guests, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: Knowledge of food handling protocols and hygiene practices, with attention to cleanliness standards.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and support colleagues effectively.
- Time Management and Organizational Skills: Capable of managing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Relevant experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and carry out physically demanding tasks as required during shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
