Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Specialist located in Chandigarh. The specialist will oversee food preparation, manage day-to-day food service operations, ensure exceptional customer service delivery, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities also include managing the dining experience, training staff, ensuring smooth kitchen-to-table operations, and addressing customer feedback promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication abilities
- Strong Culinary Skills to support high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Experience in maintaining food safety standards and operational efficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in the hospitality or dining industry is a plus
- A degree or certification in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred
