Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Associate located in Gurugram. The responsibilities include delivering exceptional food service, ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing diners' needs, and maintaining the highest standards of food presentation and service. Additionally, the role involves assisting in food preparation, as needed, and communicating effectively with both customers and team members to create a welcoming dining atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
- Excellent Customer Service skills to provide positive guest experiences
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Culinary Skills or relevant experience in food preparation is a plus
- Flexibility to work in a restaurant environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A passion for food and interest in global cuisines
