Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Food and Beverage Specialist. The Food and Beverage Specialist will oversee food and beverage operations, coordinate with catering teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold quality and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include planning menus, supervising food preparation and service, liaising with clients to meet their requirements, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences at events. Additionally, the Specialist will collaborate with various departments to innovate and enhance culinary offerings.
Qualifications
- Food Service and Food & Beverage expertise, with an understanding of operations and best practices
- Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their preferences
- Culinary Skills for menu planning, food preparation oversight, and quality assurance
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Prior experience in the hospitality or event management industry is a plus
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
