Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for the position of Food and Beverage Service Faculty. The candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the field of food and beverage services, developing and delivering course material, and conducting practical sessions. Additional responsibilities include designing lesson plans, assessing and grading students, staying up-to-date with industry trends to update the curriculum, and providing support and guidance to students as they prepare for their careers in hospitality management.

Education : Graduate/PG in Hotel Management
Position Summary -
- Qualified & experienced with a minimum of 7 years to 10 Years in a 5 Star Hotel in the F & B Department with sound knowledge of the subject.
- Excellent communication skills & planning skills will be a basic requirement.
- WSET level 1, 2 and 3 Holder will be given preference.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience or knowledge of Culinary Skills with an understanding of hospitality standards
- Prior teaching or training experience in hospitality management is preferred
- Ability to engage and inspire students in an academic setting
- Relevant degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field
- Industry certifications in food and beverage or hospitality management are a plus
