Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Service Executive located in Visakhapatnam. The role involves overseeing daily food and beverage operations, managing customer service, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining service standards, coordinating with kitchen teams, and implementing health and safety protocols. The Executive will also assist in inventory management, quality assurance, and addressing customer feedback efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Food and Beverage Service, Menu Planning, and Hospitality Management
- Strong Communication, Customer Service, and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Standards
- Ability to handle inventory management and resolve operational challenges effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team efficiently
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, F&B, or related disciplines
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for delivering excellence
