Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Food and Beverage Service Associate - Banquets at The Leela Palace. The associate will be responsible for ensuring seamless service during banquets, including setting up venues, assisting guests with requests, delivering food and beverage orders, and maintaining service standards throughout events. They will collaborate with the banquet team to create exceptional dining experiences that meet the elevated expectations of every guest.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Exceptional Guest Service and problem-solving skills
- Basic Analytical and organizational skills for efficient banquet service
- An enthusiastic and team-oriented demeanor with attention to detail
- Flexible in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is a plus
- Diploma or certification in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field is preferred
