Role Description
This full-time, on-site Food and Beverage Manager role is based in Gonda. The Manager will oversee daily food service operations, including meal planning, staff supervision, and quality control. Responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, mentoring staff through training initiatives, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Additionally, the Manager will collaborate with the school administration to align food and beverage operations with the institution's high standards of quality and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
- Proven skills in Customer Service to ensure exceptional dining experiences
- Experience in Staff Training and development to uphold operational standards
- Budgeting skills, including cost control and financial management
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential or educational environment, is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
