Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Chennai. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of all food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include menu planning, inventory management, cost control, staff training, and vendor coordination. Additional duties involve maintaining high-quality standards, adhering to food safety regulations, budgeting, and optimizing profitability while enhancing guest satisfaction. Collaborating with the events team to deliver seamless dining experiences for a variety of events will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
- Strong Customer Service and Training skills to mentor and lead teams
- Expertise in financial planning, including Budgeting and cost management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and oversee multiple events
- Proven experience in a similar managerial role in hospitality or catering
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
