Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager based in New Delhi. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of all food and beverage services, ensure exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and monitor compliance with health and safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include staff training and development, budgeting, and implementing strategies to improve service quality and profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and a guest-oriented approach
- Proficiency in staff Training and team management
- Experience in Budgeting and financial management within the food and beverage industry
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in food and beverage management roles is required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
