Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations within the food and beverage department, manage staff training, ensure high-quality customer service, manage budgets, and plan and execute food service strategies. The role also includes inventory management and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management.
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide excellent guest experiences.
- Experience in Training staff to meet operational standards.
- Ability to manage Budgeting and financial planning effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Relevant experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field would be an advantage.
