Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Bengaluru. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily food and beverage operations, manage service standards, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include coordinating food and beverage services, managing staff performance and training, controlling budgets, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and driving customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, including handling day-to-day management and ensuring high-quality standards.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to elevate guest satisfaction through effective service delivery.
- Experience in Training and team development, with the ability to guide, lead, and motivate staff.
- Skills in Budgeting and financial management to monitor and control costs, ensuring profitability.
- Proficient in health, safety, and compliance standards related to the food and beverage industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
