Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager, located in Odisha, India. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of all food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing food service standards, monitoring team performance and training staff, managing budgets and cost control, and delivering superior customer service. The manager will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and will collaborate with other departments to develop creative dining experiences for guests.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Strong skills in Customer Service, with a focus on enhancing guest experience
- Experience in Training and managing staff to improve team efficiency
- Knowledge of Budgeting and cost control processes
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a managerial role, is preferred
