Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager based in Guwahati. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily food and beverage operations, manage customer service delivery, and ensure high-quality dining experiences. Responsibilities include supervising food service activities, training and managing staff, maintaining budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
- Proficiency in Customer Service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Experience in Training and managing hospitality staff
- Skills in Budgeting and financial planning
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury or upscale hotel environment is an advantage
