We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and experienced professional to join our team as an F&B Manager at Sunday Hotel & Residences, Gurugram.
📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana
📌 Position: F&B Manager
🕒 Experience Required: 7–8 Years
We are looking for a hospitality professional who can lead restaurant and banquet operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive service excellence while maintaining operational efficiency and team motivation.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations including restaurant, banquets, and room service
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team for smooth operations
• Monitor inventory, food cost, beverage cost, and departmental profitability
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experience
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards across all outlets
• Handle guest feedback and resolve operational challenges effectively
• Drive upselling initiatives and revenue enhancement strategies
• Prepare operational reports, schedules, and departmental planning
🔹 Candidate Requirements:
✔ 7–8 years of relevant hospitality experience in Food & Beverage operations
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Excellent communication and guest handling abilities
✔ Experience in hotel restaurant and banquet operations preferred
✔ Immediate joiners will be preferred
✔ Candidates with branded hotel experience will have an added advantage
