Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Food and Beverage Manager at hotel pal heights , bhubaneswar. The role involves overseeing food and beverage services to ensure customer satisfaction, managing restaurant operations, and supervising and training staff. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, ensuring budget compliance, developing menus, implementing service policies, and leading the team to deliver seamless dining experiences while ensuring efficient operations.

- Strong expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Experience in Training team members and fostering professional development
- Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control to achieve financial goals
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- A bachelors degree in hotel management is a must.
