Role Description
We are hiring a Food & Beverage Manager for our property in Panaji, Goa. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing end-to-end food and beverage operations and delivering a high-quality guest experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily F&B operations, including service standards and guest satisfaction
- Overseeing menu planning, inventory management, and vendor coordination
- Hiring, training, and supervising F&B staff
- Driving revenue through innovative dining concepts and experiences
- Managing budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards
- Creating engaging, community-driven dining and event experiences aligned with the brand
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations within hospitality
- Strong expertise in menu planning, inventory control, and service management
- Excellent customer service and guest handling skills
- Experience in team training, leadership, and performance management
- Sound understanding of budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates who are Goan or currently based in Goa will be preferred
- Strong understanding of local market trends, customer preferences, and cultural nuances
- Familiarity with the Goa F&B and nightlife landscape will be an added advantage
