Role Description
The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence in food service and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. Responsibilities include managing food and beverage services, training staff, maintaining budget controls, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves leading and motivating the team to consistently deliver a high-quality dining experience and meeting performance targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management.
- Strong background in Customer Service with an ability to exceed customer expectations.
- Experience in training and mentoring teams to improve performance and develop skills.
- Proven ability in Budgeting and efficiently managing financial resources.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or a related field is a plus.
