POSITION OVERVIEW
The F&B Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end Food & Beverage operations across restaurants, bars, cafés, event dining, and guest service areas. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maximizing revenue, maintaining food quality standards, controlling costs, and leading high-performing F&B teams.
The ideal candidate should possess strong operational expertise, team leadership skills, commercial acumen, and experience managing high-volume hospitality environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Oversee daily F&B operations across outlets
Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence
Manage restaurant, bar, and banquet operations
Monitor sales, revenue, and profitability
Control food and beverage costs
Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
Lead, train, and develop F&B teams
Manage inventory and stock controls
Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams
Handle guest escalations and service recovery
Execute events, promotions, and special activations
Ensure SOP adherence across all outlets

ELIGIBILITY: -
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in restaurants, clubs, hospitality, entertainment venues, or premium F&B operations.
Experience managing high-volume F&B operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
Experience handling P&L, food cost, and beverage cost controls.
Pre-opening experience will be an added advantage.
Comfortable working during weekends, holidays, and event schedules.
