Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata for a Food and Beverage Manager. The role involves overseeing food service operations, managing food and beverage offerings, ensuring exceptional customer service, and training team members. Responsibilities also include budget management, inventory monitoring, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards to deliver high-quality experiences for event attendees.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Training team members to uphold service standards
- Experience in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of food and beverage services
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in the food and beverage industry
- Previous experience in event management or hospitality is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
