Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at Blue Diamond The Hotel, located in Korba. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include menu planning, managing food and beverage activities, staff training, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The Manager will also work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless dining experience for guests while maximizing profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, with an ability to manage quality and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Customer Service, focusing on guest satisfaction and handling inquiries or complaints effectively.
- Experience in Training team members to ensure adherence to service standards and operational procedures.
- Ability to develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
- Previous experience in hotel/restaurant management is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is an advantage.
