Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Food and Beverage Manager in Bengaluru and Mumbai. The individual will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensure excellent customer service, develop and train staff, implement budgeting, and maintain quality standards. They will also play a key role in programming, monitoring compliance with health and safety standards, and collaborating with other teams to enhance the overall customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations management
  • Strong Customer Service skills to enhance guest satisfaction and address feedback effectively
  • Implementation of programming and partnership management
  • Experience in Training and developing staff to maintain high service standards
  • Proficient in Budgeting and cost control for efficient resource management
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations within the food and beverage industry
  • Previous experience in a similar role, especially in high-end or specialty coffee establishments, is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
