Role Description The Food and Beverage GSA (Guest Service Associate) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mathura. The position involves welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely and accurate service at tables or service counters. The GSA supports daily restaurant operations, including setting up and clearing dining areas, maintaining hygiene standards, and coordinating with kitchen staff to deliver orders. The role includes handling guest inquiries, resolving basic service issues, and promoting menu items in a professional manner. The GSA may also assist with billing, cash handling, and inventory checks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, with an understanding of basic restaurant operations and service standards.
- Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic Culinary Skills to understand menu items, ingredients, and food safety requirements.
- Ability to work on-site in Mathura on a full-time schedule, including weekends and shifts as required.
- Attention to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in all work areas.
- Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or hotels is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and perform other physical tasks related to food service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or food service training is an advantage.
