Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in India for a Food and Beverage Executive. The role involves supervising daily food and beverage operations to ensure excellent service delivery, maintaining food quality and presentation standards, and managing food safety and hygiene protocols. Additionally, the Executive will lead and train the service team, ensure customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback, and assist in developing new menu offerings and service processes to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Culinary Skills and an understanding of food preparation standards
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism
- Experience in F&B management will be advantageous
- Degree/certification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
