Role Description The Food and Beverage Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Red Rhino Brewing Co. in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring consistent product quality, and delivering an engaging guest experience. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, supervising service standards, managing inventory and ordering, and supporting menu planning and promotions in collaboration with brewing and culinary teams. The executive will handle guest interactions, resolve service-related concerns, and train team members on service protocols and brand standards. The role also involves maintaining hygiene and safety compliance, monitoring financial performance of the F&B operations, and contributing to initiatives that enhance efficiency and revenue.
Qualifications
- Strong Food & Beverage and Food Service experience, with the ability to manage end-to-end restaurant or bar operations.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Foundational Culinary Skills to collaborate with kitchen staff on menu items, presentation, and quality standards.
- Proven experience in supervising or leading F&B teams in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements within food and beverage operations.
- Ability to analyze sales, costs, and inventory data to support operational and revenue decisions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred; prior craft brewery, bar, or restaurant experience is an advantage.
