Role Description The Food and Beverage Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at our property in Lucknow. In this position, you will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and hygiene in all outlets. You will coordinate with kitchen and service teams, manage menus and promotions, monitor inventory, and support cost control while maintaining guest satisfaction. The role involves training and guiding team members, handling guest feedback, and assisting in implementing brand standards and service procedures. You will also collaborate with management to support revenue targets, special events, and continuous improvement in the overall dining experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong food and beverage operations skills, including menu understanding, service standards, and quality control.
- Candidates should possess guest service and communication skills, with the ability to manage feedback, resolve issues, and build positive relationships.
- Candidates should possess team leadership and coordination skills, including staff supervision, training, and cross-department collaboration.
- Candidates should possess basic financial and organizational skills, such as inventory oversight, cost awareness, and scheduling efficiency.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in food and beverage within a hotel environment.
- Previous experience in a similar food and beverage supervisory or executive role, preferably in an international or branded hotel.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards, and commitment to maintaining a clean and compliant work environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.
