Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Food and Beverage Cashier. The primary responsibilities include managing cash transactions efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and assisting customers with a positive attitude. The role involves collaboration with team members to ensure seamless service, answering customer queries, and handling payment processing. The Food and Beverage Cashier will also adhere to company guidelines and maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to provide excellent Customer Service
• Proficiency in Cash Handling and maintaining financial accuracy
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage offerings and operational processes
• Effective Phone Etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve customer concerns promptly
• Attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality
• Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
