Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage service operations during shifts
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and personalised service
- Drive upselling and revenue enhancement through smart recommendations
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and service teams
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members on the floor
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service quality
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management ability
- Proven experience in F&B service (Captain/Supervisory level)
- Passion for hospitality and guest engagement
- Ability to upsell effectively and enhance guest experience
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
