Role Description The Food and Beverage Attendant role is a full-time, on-site position based at our property in Udaipur. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience in our restaurants, bars, and banquet areas. Daily tasks include setting up and clearing tables, presenting menus, accurately processing bills and payments, and coordinating with kitchen staff to deliver orders promptly and correctly. The attendant monitors cleanliness and hygiene standards in service areas, adheres to safety and quality procedures, and supports buffet setups, room service, and special events as required. The role also involves responding to guest queries, addressing concerns, and promoting menu items and hotel offerings in a courteous, professional manner.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Food & Beverage and Food Service skills, with an understanding of restaurant operations and dining etiquette.
- Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation basics, including knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and hygiene standards.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality service roles is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic numeracy for handling bills and payments, and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related training or certification is a plus.
- Professional grooming, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn and follow brand standards.
